Vinta is a family-owned investment company headquartered in Munich. We invest €100m of our own capital – permanent capital, free of fund structures or external investors.
Our aim is simple: to give established businesses a permanent home. Every company we acquire remains what it is – independent, under its own name, with its own team – and gains what it needs for its next chapter: capital, time, and a committed owner at its side.

Our Approach
We buy to own – not to sell.
Our ownership has no end date – no fund term, no planned exit, no point at which we have to sell. That shapes how we act as an owner: we think in decades, and we give every company the time genuine progress requires. We act as a sparring partner to management: involved in strategy and key decisions, while day-to-day business stays with the people who know it best.
Hands-on operational support
Our support is hands-on – always alongside the existing team, never around it. How much support is right depends on the company – some want advice on key decisions, others a hand in building an entire sales organisation.
